House price increased from 308k to 353k. I think there will be a bit changes in the design of the houses |

i thinks its quite a challenge if not impossible to find such a property. 2.5 storey somemore.... if you can find one its probably somewhere very distant from the city or bad condition. better look for a condo with such a budget. my 0.02  |
