i think rawang area still can get the pricing... most of them around RM150k-180k before petrol hike...

highly doubt that the house still available bcos of the completion date was april 2009 and that is the official price are before petrol hike... i bought a house last 4 month ago (just petrol hiked) which complete on september 2009 and sold nearly 95% (left corner house only) now, cost me RM308k... they having the new phase for new house which 95% same with mine (RM308k), they selling RM353k now...

but u may drop a phone call, maybe the selling the pricing now due to the location...
the house location very further in... can say that between kuala selangor and sungai buloh...
even further in than saujana utama or sungai buloh jail... but if u working around there may different story...

yup... the exterior is 100% same...
the RM353k's maid room replaced by toilet and old toilet area used as kicthen and room... the kitchen look big and square bit now... but RM308k kitchen are L shape design...
RM308k : 4+1 rooms
RM353k : 4 rooms
