QUOTE(grazy @ Mar 27 2009, 08:47 AM) Sorry ya! Don't know the price range for HTC Dream, but the facelift - qwerty/button color (diff compared to G1) yes, you may check back few pages back ^^; How much did u get ur HTC dream then?Yes, G1 will work with prepaid plan, just make sure to tune the data services on/off to your liking. Garmin maps is not available for Android, period. But it's built-in with Google maps ^^, although it's lack of turn by turn navigation yet its still versatile and plenty room to improve Sorry, if there's any problem with the phone, have to go to SGP to repair??? Gosh. Wait....does it mean this phone isnt available in Malaysia (yet)? I was going to go Lowyat and do a survey. lol! |

Hence i'm thinking of HTC Dream. But, I really wanted to know more bout its GPS navigation....is it good in term of price? user friendliness? map viewing? etc....

Hello there, it's me again. Haven't survey Low Yat yet as I have a busy working schedule. Anyhoo, my interest on Android grows day by day. Speaking of Google Maps on Dream....is it the same as, ya know...Google Maps? Does it offer topography map like Google Earth? Can somebody post screenshots of Dream on GPS?

I created the APN for digi mms. An icon of "EDGE" appears beside the GSM signal band, but there seems to be no data flowing. What bout the setting for GPRS? I havent seen the icon yet.

Ah, i changed it to digine. Finally can send MMS. But that compromises GPRS setting. Oh, so that confirm clashing.
Will use back GPRS setting for now. |

Any digi users experiencing signal problem? Digi is currently not in service on my phone. I use the "search networks" but i found only either Maxis or "error" while searching network. What gives?
