Hi. I am very new at this and not sure if it is a dumb question.
This is my first time going to sell my place. I am intending to sell my Apt for around RM150K. My questions are:
1. How much is the loan + transfer fees for around this amount?
2. Who pays for this? Buyer or seller or both split the amount?
3. What other fees are involved?
Thanks in advance.

Normally each side should have their own lawyer. Buyer's lawyer is more critical. If you are selling and you trust seller's lawyer you may ask the seller's lawyer to also be your lawyer. This will give you some discount. Buyer normally pay more legal fees than seller.
Legal fee is normally 1% for first RM100,000. Subsequent amount 0.5%, plus other expenses like phone call, transport etc.
