Still available for the three user pack of smart security? Can I keep the unused code for another 2 years to come and am i eligible for their new version as time goes by?

Currently available with 7 units of ESET Smart Security Home Edition 1 Year 3 User (as shown in the 1st post) and there are no validity period for the un-used activation code (as confirmed with my distro). This means you can keep the un-used code and used it 2 or 3 years down the road with a newer or replacement version.
