My girlfriend is using Sony Ericsson K750i, 012 Hotlink.

I think last year she subscribe something so that now every evening she will receive a sms that request her to download ringtone.

She said that when the sms ringtone ring, a message appear "Download message".

She is not always use her phone to call or sms to people, but there's something weird is every few weeks she will ask me to top up for her, she also feel weird that why the prepaid deduct so fast. At last I suspect that is the ringtone download problem.

She said that there's no number like "33225" or "33366" number when the message appear, only "Download message".

Today at around 6PM, she checked her balance, which is RM3.22
At around 8.30PM I top up RM10 for her, she finish take bath and check her handphone, she found out that the message come again and also the RM10 success top up message, re-check again RM10.32 which means already deduct RM2.90. Then she give me a call and it becomes RM9.96 after end call.

So any way to cancel that ringtone download subscribe? Need helps...

Call maxis hotline they will assist u. They will check which company is sending tis to u . They will give u a cancelling code to send.

Try STOP or STOP all and send to the numbers - 33225/33366

I've just called to Hotlink hotline to seek for help, end up ask my girl friend to type STOP ALL and send to 32355, and she receive a message "Your subcription to all services has been terminated. Thank you for your patronage"

Inside contains the SMS scam about 32355 and also the phone bills.

Everyone please take alert on this.

It's not a scum. Your girlfriend should have accidentally subscribed to that service.

I know few years ago, this kind of service is quite a long in our mobile world. I also got this problem before, each week that service will deduct RM5 from my prepaid.

Same with my cousin, she also got this problem and ask me to solve for her

That one is from a company called MARCO something right? If my memory still serves me ...
