Hi, went there last week and was quite impressed with their link house and also so called bungalows. Low density and seems to be of quality built as well (was told its all red clay bricks). The link house is pretty spacious and can park 2 big cars end to end no problem but the bungalow is wider though shorter. Price from RM410K for a double storey link house, RM470K for a 3 storey units  and RM850K for a bungalow. Gated & Freehold. Looks more tempting then those at Sunway Cheras nearby. Anyone been there or bought there?
