Hi, went there last week and was quite impressed with their link house and also so called bungalows. Low density and seems to be of quality built as well (was told its all red clay bricks). The link house is pretty spacious and can park 4 big cars end to end no problem but the bungalow is wider though shorter. Price from RM410K for a double storey link house, RM470K for a 3 storey units and RM850K for a bungalow. Gated & Freehold. Looks more tempting then those at Sunway Cheras nearby. Anyone been there or bought there?

hi, are you buying for own stay or investment ? its quite a nice place to stay, for what i can see for the link houses

pros: gated, bigger land area compared to Sunway Cheras, i forsee the value will go up, especially when the construction of the condo, semi d, bungalow are completed, breezy

cons: lack of parking space for those 3 storey houses (if you got a big family with a lot of cars), access to public transport a problem

Its for personal stay.

I noticed that the 3 storey can park upto 4 cars in their porch, so unless you have more than that, then you are in trouble as the road outside are strictly no parking tongue.gif

But you are right about the public transportation as the nearest bus stop is abt 1 km away. Thks for the input.

wont be suprise if a family has more than four cars especially when the house got about 5 -6 rooms tongue.gif
y not consider the double storey houses ? i remember seeing one of the houses where the kitchen was below the ground floor, dont quite like the design unlike the double storey ones which are pretty normal in terms of layout.

Yeah, did thought of that and was thinking of converting it into a cellar due to its split design or if the other type with living room at the entrance, can ensure all nosy guest are kept at bay as well. Really plenty of choices or points to consider.

But the main selling point for me is the low density of abt 90 units in total or 9 blocks based on my count. That shd really mitigate tons of over crowding problems etc.

Well, its at the fringe of Cheras but with all the upcoming development, guess its not really considered Ulu though the closest town to it is Ulu Langat tongue.gif
