Compared to other keyboards with back light, the price is nice I guess. Or you can go for Saitek boards, cheaper I think. smile.gif

I tried A4 Tech service before few months back.

I bought one of the X5 dual lens mice many months back in Thundermatch, accidently one of the button not responding sensitive enough after many months later but its still under warranty period, when TM people brought me direct to A4 Tech service center.

After the A4 Tech people check it, and they feel its not within their capability to fix my mouse problem, they immediately replace a new unit for me. The whole process only took me less than 5 mins.

Some more they give me a free ang pao token since is CNY that time ...the people there really looks pro and friendly.

Most importantly...they are really FAST. Faster than any dealer RMA dept....

Thats what I like A4 Tech about..

As far as I know all IT product brought in Penang... they don't seems to have a local service item there especially branded accessories items (except ACER, CANON, HP).

Most RMA items ultimately will sent it back to KL for repairing....

Previously when study in PG USM, bougth 1 DA from PG dealer, and found the cable loose out, when sent back...it took me 2 months just to wait for the RMA sent to KL, replace, then only come to PG... sad.gif

Even faster than Razer and Logitech. But all also replacement usually is with a new unit.
