I bought that set in their PJ outlet yesterday evening. few people are lining up just to grab the combo set.

After testing for whole night.. strong features, solid built up, value for money....perfect for me !

I tried A4 Tech service before few months back.

I bought one of the X5 dual lens mice many months back in Thundermatch, accidently one of the button not responding sensitive enough after many months later but its still under warranty period, when TM people brought me direct to A4 Tech service center.

After the A4 Tech people check it, and they feel its not within their capability to fix my mouse problem, they immediately replace a new unit for me. The whole process only took me less than 5 mins.

Some more they give me a free ang pao token since is CNY that time ...the people there really looks pro and friendly.

Most importantly...they are really FAST. Faster than any dealer RMA dept....
