update: already submitted cancellation letter within 10 days of cooling period....they said it will be processed and i'll get my refund within 30 days.

i just fall victim to this time share business at Penang Matta Fair today.

i read the agreement and it state there 10 days cooling period.

is there any guide how to write the cancellation letter?

what if they purposely ignore and pretend didn't received the
cancellation letter within 10 days?

by the way its sara worldwide/easturia vacation club. i changed my
mind immidiately at home when reading their user guide and
prospectus...so many things they didn't mention in their
sweet talk!
