I really agree with you. They use such hard selling and pressure you into a decision and they don't tell you all the facts up front. Only after you join, you realise all the problems you get when trying to book hotels and all the hidden costs. Vacation Clubs are for some people. Not for all. If you are the type that travels frequently and don't mind waiting the vacation clubs are for you. But if you don't travel much and have very specific destinations you want to go to, then it;s better to just go with tour groups.
