Classical... Yamaha C-40 is good. My friend has it, I've played it, and it's loud for a classical. I'm not an avid fan of the classical guitar though, more of a fan of Steel string acoustics.

Just my 2 cents for those who wants to get a guitar but plans to get a cheap one (Rm150 and below):
1. Find out what's the reason to learn to play a guitar, if you just want to learn it and are satisfied with just playing a few chords, or able to play a few songs, then get a cheap one, it's enough.
2. If you're planning to go far (wanna serve in church, wanna play in a band), invest in a good one (preferably with a pickup). I started out with F-210 (4 years ago) and it's still in my room, still playable, and it's good. I've tried F-310, great quality for a RM300++ guitar, I recommend it. Now I'm using CPX-700, great guitar, Yamaha also. Reason: Ease of mind, coz their quality is great. Check out videos of CPX-700 in youtube.
3. If you initially plan to learn a guitar, but later realised that you wanna go far, then all the best!
4. If you plan to learn in order to impress a girl, or try to get girls, unless you're good, you'll definitely fail (i'm the real testimony, stepped out of it already, hahaha)
Don't go for cheap ones, seriously, you'll end up putting in aside and let it collect dust. Get a good one, something that you like to look at, then you'll be drawn to "touch" it everyday, and that will definitely make you improve!

God bless and all the best in learning and playing the guitar!
