it gives back eventually the next day.but if u left rm2 and u finish it on that day, disregarding the free call, u wont get to call out anymore on that day.the minimum requirement is rm0.01 left in ur line..but the rm1 extra will be return the next day, only that u cant call out on that day anymore unless u transfer rm3 into ur hp to revive it.

eventually digi is great but the dealers and roadshows management aint..sumtimes they give false info regarding the services and never want to reconfirm it from the centre.spreading out the news to increase registrations..damn it..

Freebies were just introduced like half a year ago if not mistaken. I can't say much but we should just complain i just hope that they can do something about the data thing. For calls can't do anything already

Last time it wasn't freebies and can be transferred, now it is free talktime and cannot be transferred. If I'm not mistaken, this theory applies for normal DiGi prepaid too, hence even the users have hit RM 1/day, will not get discounted rate too.

Last week when i called to complain about the internet speed I overheard in the ads which was running in the background saying that freebies are not applicable to data usage.... not sure what it means then later I asked the CS said that it will use up freebies first sigh.

I don't think you understand what you highlighted. What I meant was the ads said freebies cannot be use for data meaning its supposed to be deducted from the main credit. Not sure if I was hallucinating lol

Well, I don't agree on this "dirty" part.
It is an agreement whereby both parties agree, the seller doesn't force you to buy in the first place.
I bought my DiGi prepaid number for RM 50 with RM 30 pre-reloaded credit and RM 20 for the number. I'm super happy with the number as it is a VVIP number, I have tried asking those VVIP sellers how much does my number worth today, they said more than RM 300.
Oh yeah, it has then converted to postpaid, using it and will not change even I switch to other telco.
