It used to be 24/7, but now they have changed it to 7.00 a.m. - 2.00 a.m. smile.gif
*
Damn! They should maintain 24/7. The operational cost is surely negligible for such a big orgnization like DiGi.

I feel that 7.00 a.m. - 2.00 a.m. is sufficient. smile.gif
Nevertheless, their helpline is 24/7. Can always bug them. biggrin.gif

You need so many step before you can speak to their helpline people. Any direct way to get connected to them?

The flat rate still can't beat my 8cents per minute call to my 10 fav numbers le biggrin.gif

Secondary reason for my change to Maxis was because of data connection. smile.gif

8 Cents? Care to elaborate?

it gives back eventually the next day.but if u left rm2 and u finish it on that day, disregarding the free call, u wont get to call out anymore on that day.the minimum requirement is rm0.01 left in ur line..but the rm1 extra will be return the next day, only that u cant call out on that day anymore unless u transfer rm3 into ur hp to revive it.

eventually digi is great but the dealers and roadshows management aint..sumtimes they give false info regarding the services and never want to reconfirm it from the centre.spreading out the news to increase registrations..damn it..
*
Yes. I also see this as a way for DiGi to artificially limit users call even though it supposed to be free after RM1. WTF DiGi????

SEGi University College, Kota Damansara is D'Campus activated yet?

Might think of getting it since its free internet after RM30. Maxis Broadband is RM99 per subcription, too much for me.
*
SEGI is a very small UC. So it might take a while I guess.

I never reload any birthday bonus to my DiGi Campus, need others to help you on this. laugh.gif
*
My GF told me that the damn thing about birthday bonus is that you have to use up all of you birthday bonus before you can continue to enjoy DiGi Campus benefit like RM2 per day talk digi-to-digi and RM30 per month internet. WTF with DiGi!!!!

Yes, that's the ugly part of getting freebies on DiGi Campus...
*
Just imagine if you reload for RM200 (which what my GF did) and received the RM100 so-called free airtime. Fu*k*ng DiGi expect the user to spend that RM100 free airtime ASAP before the can continue to enjoy the Fu*k*ng DiGi Campus. Where is the logic in that? And this has been going on for a while now. It is not a new issue that users forgot to complain.

I have been using DiGi Prepaid since 1998 and my GF since 2004 (encouraged by me). I guess I have the right to Kick their @ss.

Freebies were just introduced like half a year ago if not mistaken. I can't say much but we should just complain i just hope that they can do something about the data thing. For calls can't do anything already
*
Last time is was considered as credit and not freebies. If they keep descending into sh*t hole, I guess we should switch to the smarter side available at that time. We now have mobile number portability, remember? biggrin.gif

Last time it wasn't freebies and can be transferred, now it is free talktime and cannot be transferred. If I'm not mistaken, this theory applies for normal DiGi prepaid too, hence even the users have hit RM 1/day, will not get discounted rate too. doh.gif
*
That is why last time everyone haven't really complaining. Because last time they treat birthday bonus as credit thus have no negative effect on your D Campus.

I think we both have the same brain wave. That was exactly what I meant, and you put it better than I can. Thanks.

Last week when i called to complain about the internet speed I overheard in the ads which was running in the background saying that freebies are not applicable to data usage.... not sure what it means then later I asked the CS said that it will use up freebies first sigh.
*
Not just data usage. Let say you have RM100 worth of air time from birthday bonus (now they called it freebies), you will be forced to use up all of the RM100 ASAP before you can enjoy the D Campus RM2 per day taktime digi-to-digi privilege.

I don't think you understand what you highlighted. What I meant was the ads said freebies cannot be use for data meaning its supposed to be deducted from the main credit. Not sure if I was hallucinating lol
*
I guess I forgot to highlight the second sentence. smile.gif I guess now it easier to understand what I meant and what I understand from your posting.

Well, I don't agree on this "dirty" part.
It is an agreement whereby both parties agree, the seller doesn't force you to buy in the first place.
I bought my DiGi prepaid number for RM 50 with RM 30 pre-reloaded credit and RM 20 for the number. I'm super happy with the number as it is a VVIP number, I have tried asking those VVIP sellers how much does my number worth today, they said more than RM 300.
Oh yeah, it has then converted to postpaid, using it and will not change even I switch to other telco. smile.gif

Everyone works for the sake of 3 meals, it is just what we called as "business". smile.gif

Sorry for my short post on that issue.

Let me put it this way (though not directly comparable). When the big G raised the petrol price by 80 cents (78 to be exact), the user still willing (and agree) to pay RM2.70 for a litter of petrol. Does that make the big G free from any sin? Or does that make them an angel or something?

Maybe be you are feeling lucky and perhaps you are lucky. But what about others?
