few months ago it was accurate, but now it is inaccurate, i guess hotlink lazy to change it  blush.gif

That rate was when Digi is still using the on-campus off-campus thing? Digi would look more competitive if HYC reflect Digi Campus's new rates, including all the free calls, sms-es, and the RM30 unlimited data. I doubt they would include the data rate comparison though, it would be like shouting "I'm f'king expensive" if they do. But then it's not quite fair since Digi is offering only EDGE for the data.

oh thanks. which will be nearer to KL sentral eh? and how to go from KL sentral??

They both are at the same place, just few blocks away. I wonder why they have 2 DiGi Centres at the same place. Doesn't really make sense.

Hi all, I wish to ask whether this is true or not, that my friend heard if one convert their normal DiGi prepaid plan to DiGi Campus plan will only got 1 year validity period instead of 4 years for a new DiGi Campus pack?  unsure.gif
*
It's one year validity from the day it's activated. Whenever you reload RM5 or above, the expiry date will be a year after the reloading date. Maximum validity is 4 years, by which you will have to choose other DiGi plan.

In another words, reload at least RM5 per year and validity will be 4 years. Correct me if I'm wrong.

thanks!! but another question.. how long from monorail station to monorail station and how long is da walk from monorail to pavilion or times square.. to which is nearest.. sorry for asking so much question.. gotta plan my time.. lolz.
*
Imbi station is just outside Times Square. Pavilion is just a little walk from Bukit Bintang station.

Just go to http://wikimapia.org/ and search for Pavilion and Times Square for better picture. Not sure how long is the walk, but they are quite near really.

Using the DiGi EDGE now. Not really that slow. Quite awesome considering how cheap it is. Normal webpages load quite fast. YouTube playable too! Not loading fast but it loads. Seriously even Streamyx is not really that much better. Am very happy biggrin.gif

A friend of mine used it too, yesterday, rm30 one shot. He thought it's 30 days from the quota. Now he lost rm30 and have to pay another rm30 for September, lol.

just now I went to Digi Center at Taipan..
at 4pm, I register and submit the application for convert to Digi Campus..
at 4.40pm, I received a sms that say "Welcom to Digi Campus"  rclxm9.gif
btw, do I need to reload in order to get 1 year validity?

If I'm not mistaken, the expiry date is one year after activation by default. Everytime you reload, the expiry date will be changed to a year after the reloading date.

Please add my name to the list too. ( -Teddy- - MFA). So far I have not tried using the free calls yet. Spending nowhere near RM2 per day, plus I don't have many DiGi friends.

Have only added one number to FnF, lol. The only thing I've fully utilized is the data. It feels real free to get to online whenever I am, without paying a huge sum.

Oh that's bad....can't use file hoster then. btw how did you define slow again? see the mobile partner speed? I feel like complaining bout the msn keep disconnecting
*
Same here, WLM keeps disconnecting. Not all the time but enough to annoys you. When I sign in, the contact pops up once at a time, and before all the contacts are loaded it will go disconnected.

Or maybe they will return us to EDGE after we use up xGB for that month. Too early to tell though.

So most of other prepaid plans are now on 60 seconds charging block? DiGi Campus survived that right?

No I mean, other DiGi prepaid plan. Saw it on the other thread. Most of DiGi prepaid plans are now on 60s block, but I don't see DiGi Campus being mentioned. Here -> http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1215932

The birthday bonus is pretty useless for data user right? It will suck all your birthday bonus first and will only stop charging after you have used up all your freebies + RM30 on your main credit account?
