After I give it a nice reboot, and I tried opening the .xls file again, the wordings inside seems to be running out of place and I can still see my previous typed documents with some extra @@@@#$#$!&@#^^$&#! fonts like this.
Every .xls file that I save has the same format where the first column consists of @@@@@ and there's like 4-5 lines of them.

I'm sorry but I dont have a screenshot of the problem as it is actually from my friend's pc and he's now back to KL.

I've tried re-formatting the windows again as I thought the Windows is corrupted and the same problem occurs again right after a fresh installation.

Can any sifus help me with this? I dont know whether I'm posting at the right thread but please help me.
