Using the same Sharp model here. Great for movies and HTPC. But i don't believe the 100Hz crap...in fact, there's no mention of 100Hz anywhere in the manual....just the double frame yadda thingy...switched on the demo to see the difference, no difference at all. And the TV always runs at 50Hz or 60Hz respectively at 1080i/720p.

Still, great TV. But the 100Hz thing is bull AFAIK. You can try to press the TV 'display' button and it'll show the info of the TV...Hz and resolution. Please let me know if you do see '100Hz'. Thanks.
Using Sharp LC37A53M here.. and so far no complaint.. Seeing lot of user here using the same model too.. must be good, rite.. brows.gif

Matrix,

Yes, im also never see 100Hz thing.. only display 60Hz, but no problem whatsoever..

My bro just got an A53 during a Jusco sale, a bit jealous but I'm still happy with my PX5, they look nearly identical anyway.

well you can't say all of them.

what I have tested that with 100 hz it works well with "big object" graphics.

but I tried fifa 09... doesn't look that great with 100 hz.

If 32 inch go for Sharp Aquos LC32A53M ( 100Hz )..HD just enough for 32 inch , 40 inch upwards then go for FULL-HD
