1. they might sue you and blacklist you and declare you bankrupt. p

2. depends.. if you contract stated 2 years and you still have a few months to go on, you'll be charged your subscription fee of that few months too. only after you pay up all the amount then you would be allowed to cancel your subscription.

3. i don't think they will barr your prepaid line.

4. be a man. u use it, u pay for it... try get a prostitute then refuse to pay the goddamn service charge and see? ( even tho you're not satisfied with her service and don't plan to call her back for next round in future... )

Don't simple say anything without any fact!
They won't be able to sue bankruptcy when the amount is not more than RM20,000.
What they can do is charge you for cheating them!
Means you WILLFULLY subscribe to their plan just to make free call, then after that run away.
But i never heard anything like that happen before, at least in Malaysia.

So don't worry......
Save your RM600 instead of paying these amount to the liar Anandan.
But do take note you won't be able to subscribe to MAXIS PLAN ANYMORE!
Including broadband or whatsoever.
BUT JUST MAXIS!!! NOT OTHER TELCO as claimed by some unresponsible member which talks without fact!!
Stay calm!!
There's still DiGi, Celcom and U Mobile and more to come in the future (Maybe not in this 5 years)!

Why you just said " won't be able to subscribe maxis" only? Any proof for that?

I say this of course with fact unlike some people before me say all those bull s***...
Only a mere Rm600 can sue bankruptcy? doh.gif
Unless we wait 20 - 30 years after and when the amount reach RM20000 + la.
I say so because i know one of the case like this..
The user got very ANGRY with Maxis because Maxis's Anandan use those bloody 3rd party service provider to cheat them (As you know, 50% of the earning goes to Maxis).
After he stop paying the bill, Maxis write a letter threatening on legal action.
After that, Maxis' Anandan appoint a credit management company to handle it.
The company write a letter threatening on legal action too.
But NOTHING happened after that.
What can they do actually?
Except for what i mention earlier but by doing so will definately spoil their company image.
For yoiur info, the person just registered a Celcom postpaid without any problem.
In fact the person is 1 of my dad's client. smile.gif
