I am looking at properties around Ampang area and came across Tiara Ampang, Tiara Duta and One Ampang avenue. Can I get some opinions on these 3 properties for both own staying or investment. Is the money worth buying for these properties. Tiara Ampang around 260k to 270k, Tiara Duta for around 200k and One Ampang Avenue 250k++. More or less 1000 sq feet.
