There is possible ways. For example:

I bought a handphone from you; before you sold to me, the phone is in good working condition, then I change the parts inside etc., then claim that the phone you sold is not working.

Another one is that he can say that item is not received even though you have sent the item, and ask you for the same item to be resent to him again or ask for refund.

Always keep your tracking code when you send item too. You might need it as a proof that you have sent the item you have sold.

Don't agree with you...not many Malaysian know about paypal unless they are familiar with buying/selling on ebay or any other international websites. Another thing is you would have to remember that there is currency exchange to be considered plus Malaysian sellers tend to charge buyers for paypal transaction fees if you want to pay using paypal.

i also dun have a paypal account but i dun really trust online transaction or even banking in..coz some of them can just ignore and dun send it to u..u won't even know. So i prefer COD

we malaysian use maybank2u punya...paypal is when doing deal with oversea like singapore etc......

if the buer claimed tat item nvr reach his/her hand, can check at courier service or poslaju for the status. if really failed to delivery, they will re-send it bc to seller.

yeap..keep every single tracking no with you until the buyer confirmed wit u, he/she recieved...then only u keep aside.
