...that maybe true but PayPal is easy to use and signup. Furthermore most Malaysian is already using PayPal to shop online (correct me if I'm wrong on this). So what really bugs me is why not signup for PayPal?

The chances are greater for the seller to cheat. At least the seller has a name and a address to refer, but not the buyer except a name an account number only.

Why you all think no credit card = no paypal? Why dont you try to go Public bank apply a visa electron debit card? You just need to deposit RM25 and ask for the bank staff create a login account for you. The application is just as easy as creating an ATM account.

And also you can use a Public Bank cash deposit machine by enter into the "Credit Card Payment" method to deposit money into your debit card before you buy something as long as you don't consume over the RM25 limit.

My visa card was linked to my PayPal account and I can buy anything from eBay US and YesAsia. My PayPal account is US$0, but its okay. Because the money is auto transfer from my debit card to PayPal then re-transfer to the seller's PayPal account.

Come on, its nothing is impossible. Nowadays, everyone in Malaysia are possible to create PayPal account. Just only you not aware about it.

I'm using the same method easy & fast no hassle. If seller con your money just report Paypal. I don't think Maybank can do online transaction yet as last time my friend ask their customer service, still not online usable.
