SLI doesn't mean you will get 2x performance of single card. SLI just give you 20% more performance than single card. Might aswell take that money buy better single graphic card.

QUOTE(Najmods @ Nov 22 2008, 09:23 PM) Its not THAT bad, it requires driver support for any particular game to get the most out of it. Its not like only 20%, if that so why do they bother with Quad SLi and such? What I mean is, driver plays big role for multi GPU to shines I know but plus heat factor, power consumption, its not worth it. At least for me.This post has been edited by Shah_15: Nov 23 2008, 12:48 AM |

Managed to Oc this proc to 4.1ghz...need 1.5v vcore in order to pass 3dmark06. CPU score is 3800....quite good for this budget proc.

QUOTE(vamfire @ Jan 24 2009, 01:57 AM) Ya, i managed to reach that level too, but sumting weirdo will happen if i set above 3.15Ghz I'm on 3.3ghz on Stock Cooler. Temp is okay but you need to play with vcore slowly. If increase too much, its won't pass 3dmark06...just "sedang-sedang".... My P35 DS3 rev1.0 would power on for a 1-2sec than immediately self power off, than back on after 1-2sec later with all overclock setting remain & happily continue loading as normal It happen every time during cold boot... I tried tweakin it to many different settings but it still happen What's wrong eh? Anyone facing this issue b4? |
