I haven't been in this 3G unlocking business so i am not really sure but i'll give a shot. I think what they meant by 'everyone can use it now' is that, everyone can now update their firmware (and baseband) thru iTunes and it still can be unlocked using the software unlock tool. Hope that is accurate.But they said that '....that means now everyone can use it'? it is confusing.
