im really into getting this phone but i have been delaying due to all the probs suffered by the ppl overseas n stf...so is anyone willing to give their opinions on the differences they felt with the 2.1 since 2.0 and not before that..in particular iphone 3G and yes of course current iphone users as well. n what are the windows users doing without a JB since winpwn 3 is nt out yet???

yea why bother taking the risk to pwn to the new 2.1 when it is still not ready yet?? plus i suggest that you should pwn it only if you wanna fully customise your iphone or have more control over it and will make full use of the apps provided not in the official AppStore. play about the 2.1 and see if its more stable for you and stuff which Apple promised in a full version update. annnnddd if you still cant bear to wait (patience is always a virtue, mind u!) then go to a friends place who has a mac and pwn ur device.

If you already have it unlocked and u managed to restore it to the fw 2.0 and its still unlocked, then it shouldn't be a prob to restore or upgrade to fw 2.1 and it will still be unlocked. quickpwn for the fw 2.1 isnt out yet read the 1st post on this thread, so better use pwnage tool wit a mac. hope this helps. |
