Guys I need help here. I am in the process of updating my firmware from 1.1.1 to 2.0.1. Followed this guide from iClarifiediClarified. Everything went well until step 24. My iTunes cannot detect my phone. It show this


I believe my iphone has already gone into dfu mode. The phone itself shows the ready to restore image. Not sure I have to click the check button. When I cancelled the message, itunes cannot detect my phone and thus i can't restore it. Please help.

Kelvin, what do you mean by that? So I have to check the updates at that instant? After like 10-15minutes, the phone restarted itself. Also I had closed winpwn. Now that I have the custom ipsw, can I just directly go into dfu mode and try to restore again.

The problem is I didn't expect to get that update message and iPhone was not shown on itunes.
