Can't seem to find any sound folder around. How can I do this with the clock app without resorting to 3rd party apps?

convert the mp3s to m4r, ringtones.. then start from there..

done. Itunes recognizes it as a ringtone..but can't seem to sync it to my iphone..Any ideas?

once the iphone menu has appear upon plugging in, look for the ringtones tab and tick accordingly.

Looks like you have to edit your mp3 to 30 seconds or less for it to sync tongue.gif

actually from my own experience, you could go up to 40-45 seconds. but more than that, the itunes would recognize it as a ringtone but would not sync it to the iphone.

bro,the method for alarm is the same with ringtone.whatever appears in ur ringtone will appear in ur alarm too.use the search button to find the ringtone method.remember,only can 40 seconds.not more than that.

Dependant on the software you use. Mine is 60 secs above.

then last time i did my research,its only possible for 40 seconds.

I'm having a few tones above 60 secs mate.

iTunes(universal) and Garageband(Mac) will restrict you to only 30-40secs while i found iToner does not.

Is only for Mac users.

Most callers will not hold for a minute long anyway but for a good wakeup call, it helps..hahhahaa..heavy metal alarm perhaps..lols
