you are very good at least you do somethin for this sport.,..but with this meals u cant go urgoal... where is beef?at least a day u mst eat beef... where is fish? u keep eating chicken..and not takin any other protein..no point...
no karbon poteto rice?...hope u can get wht ya want but not like tht meals..

Why...Look at his table what kind of food he eating..
First,..Yes he eat so mch chicken coz in malaysia people like to eat chicken more then others..but you cant take only chicken to take ya protein....and eat too mch chicken ll bring ya side effects...expclly pimple..
there is no fish no turkey no beef,...since your body from meat you need 180grm steak beef a day to build ya muscle more...
8eggs only...enough for urage ..but u can eat more coz after mom milk second best protein in the world ..
There is no carbon other..as i told you...you should eat diffrn things no rice no poteto..and your body ll feel same thing after while wont give anychange for you to grow...
There is no milk...no fruits...no yogurt...where is all? and since u eating so many chicken at least u gotta drink 3.5Litre water...did you? its same like...you got cellphone shop and u selling 1 brand and 1 model yes nobdy have it ...u earning so mch money but u never chnge your model...same phone people ll bor to go yourshop coz they know you selling same handphone..u gotta chnge your model to earn more money...can not sell same phone..:)food also same...cant eat same thing..should chnge...
BB is a life style...not hobbie..if you still goin club at night sleep late wake up late....not eat good...not rest enough ..and sex too mch...sorry This not a BBuilder...
and 1 more thing...you all asian...asian hormon not like us...cant grow too mch...this is hormonal and genetic..
Yes i do this BB Since 11 year ...as a maniac...nobdy love this sport more then me nobdy...i open myeyes with BB close with BB...eating like hell ...sometimes i womit but i eat back wht i womit...i love this sport like this...i finish god damn 65 Pro BB books ..everyday searchin learnin more...There is no perfct people for this sport...coz everybdy genetics are diffrnt...

LoL nobody complain about u r small or big..i think u guys should respect what others say..of coz not easy to build muscle need to be patient and never give up..reach to ya goal...i just say your mistaqe good or bad listen or not listen its urbusiness ...and pizzaboy..since u r damn right show us what u got since u havin this kind of knowlge...me small or big how i look like is that so imprtnt for you? or change something in yourlife? people make this website or wtvr its for sharing opinion...why u act like u know everythin?
