Commodities rally before 2009 US summer? Could it be happening?!?!?!

MY forecast, mark this post.

Dow to rally to 9,500-10,000 before end of this month. Who wanna bet teh ais with me?

End of the month, price action is trading above 9500.

As oil prices are this low, you will see the data coming out from the US will improve, like consumer confidence and housing sales. You have to let time come to play. And usually December is a feel good month, Dow will creep upwards.

There's a weekly reversal on DOW and EU, both happening at the same time. So, that's why i am betting Dow will hit 20 sma , which is 9999.

If we are a long term investor, carry trade, equities are the best right now. Of course, if we are a scalper, its a different case. My research shows that if we follow the trend and instead of going in and out, we will make more and suffer less stress. Longer TF helps better.

I was bearish couple of weeks ago, but when i got caught on the euro uptrend, i noticed that the equities ain falling down like IT SHOULD be with all the negative print. And with Wells Fargo CEO commenting about the california housing mess, it seems like the government bailouts are working and as time passes, the market will regain solid ground. Also interesting to notice that VIX has come down; might be some retail investors coming back and purchasing equities.

IF the economy recovers in late 2009 - early 2010, the stock market , commodity, currency market should be showing signs of an early bull before june 2009 since the equity market is a leading indicator.

Saturday's announcement by the country's State Council, or Cabinet, comes on the heels of a multibillion-dollar economic stimulus package announced last month that calls for injecting more government money into the economy through spending on construction and other projects.

The Dow will rally tonight, its getting close to christmas. The treasury will announce more measures to try bolster the housing market.

NO wor, i sparta on carry trades, and a stock i am holding now. The CPI number is going to pressure the Feds to lower the funds rate to at least 0.5 now.

Maybe even reduce to zero!

Right, to 20 SMA if the bear market rally has taken some <removed> prior. LOL.....

Event risk: BOJ to reduce IR, and boost money supply, will conduct possible intervention to push yen above 90.
