erm...i installed 2 12cm 90cfm(21db) coolermaster fans at top of CM690

and the fan causing the casing to vibrate and generate huge sound, anybody know how to fix it?

imho high cfm is utilized better as intake, u could try swapping it with ur front intake fan since that one has a slower rpm. on the front of the casing i dont think the fan would generate as much noise bcoz the mounting there is pretty solid unlike the top.

another method, is to sell me one fan. haha. i can exchange with u for a cm 1200rpm blue led one or non led one also. haha. (with topup)

I'm using 14cm on the top as exhaust. When the top piece isn't fitted on, can actually hear a bit of vibrations lol. But when I put back the top piece, it is alright already. Only wind noise.

well personally for me, there's still quite a lot choice of alu case that suit ur budget. CM mystique maybe nice. but for me, i dont like the front panel of mystique which looks a bit odd. maybe u can try searching at LYP?

ya lor. pay sum fuel n toll or public transport, and jalan2 at LYP. sure find one.
