yeah, i also tied them up already, still kinda messy, nothing could be done. guess i will have to get myself a 20cm CCFL edy. is your CCFL light at the back of 5.25" bay visible? where is the exact location? kinda noob here

i thought of either putting at the top (now confirm can't already), next to the exhaust fan (found that no space, unlike other casing), or in between the motherboard and internal drives bay (blocked by IDE cable ). so now left with the only option: 20cm CCFL

btw, what do you use to stick the CCFLs to the casing? any adhesive provided? will it leave stain when u remove it? can i use those plasticine-like tact instead?

seems like almost the same as my Elite casing though
but i managed to make mine tidier (but it's still bad can't even fit in a 30cm CCFL)

tie ur cables up, unused cables put in unused 5.25" drive bays. thats what i did
CCFL = cold cathode fluorescent light or something, lol.

i thought CM690 was supposed to be a notch better than Elite series
there are some scratches on my casing already, sakit hati, the black paint ... i still haven't peel the protective layer of the acrylic panel yet, afraid that i might scratch it

haha, i am a very careless man, i don't even know how the heck the casing got scratched but i guess i would still going to peel it off after i get my CCFL (btw, just Blue CCFL, has UV effect?)

well, i will be getting a normal CCFL, UV mod is ... expensive
that will have to wait till i get my next rig few years later. now just make do with some blue CCFL and LED fans, just an Elite330 anyway

5.25" is the Optical Drive bays

not sure about your case, but i only have a 120mm fan blowing at the HDD compartment there, and i keep all the unused cables inside the unused 5.25" bays, looks tidier

it would be nice if i have CM690, can install lots of LED fans, but my case can only install an intake and an exhaust fans, very dim can be seen from the photo i have uploaded there

i think he meant, if you are getting nvidia edition, that means you are a big fan of nvidia
however, if you are using nvidia edition CM690 with ATI 3d cards, it would be awkward
but to me, it's all about personal preference. maybe some just like the color theme, but not nvidia

just go survey around, ipoh i do not think it's popular as IT hub
btw, u can try to bargain, but not comparing with KL price. many LCLY sellers would tell u this if u tell them u compare their prices with other places' prices:

@koki, spend within your limit i opted for Elite 330 instead of CM690 as i could not afford an expensive casing (and the mods, imagine how many LED fans i would have to buy)
