er... i found vpn... but no apn  where is this apn, i remember seeing it in settings.... it was always been balnk, but i have no problems using my 3G or whatsoever |

When u said sim card locked and need to activate again, izzit activating thru iTunes? Maybe u can put your screen shot of the locked sim screen here?
If so then I think your lockdownd file (the activation file thing) might be corrupted. The only solution (if its the lockdownd thing) is to restore and reactivating it again (with your primary sim card inside).
