is there an option to enable hybrid graphics (IGP+HD3450) on those models with discrete GPU?

if there is it will be the awesomest thing in the world.
hp crippled that function probably because they know if its enabled, it can match the laptops that what? cost like 3-5k?
or...maybe some heat issue.

it sounds very doable, maybe some firmware mod will do the trick. but no pro wanna help..... cry.gif

no one reply my question sad.gif

depends what setting u use. im not using the 401ax model but the slightly inferior 133ax model, but should be around the same.
all on medium on 1024x768, i get on average around 50fps indoors and 30fps outdoors.
but i find that the shader effects setting take the most toll on your system.
all on high except shaders on medium drop around 2-5fps oni, so im using that now.

Yeap, 80c is about right. So far, nothing spoil. Amd/ati are normally meant to withstand heat. Just really uncomfortable when gaming. Inconveniently the left palm rest, and the fan gets pretty noisy. One of the major downfalls of this lappy, together with the pathetic battery life.
But those on a tight budget....who can resist the price?

can use amd overdrive to overclock amd 780chipset right right? or use atitool? smile.gif

If u manage to oc tell me yah! i also want to know how.

There's no overdrive option in catalyst, and when i use atitools, the clocks either show wrong, or when i change it, the settings revert back.
Not to mention rivatuner doenst work at all....
