did you set the backlight manually or leave it set automatically by default ? as for your yellowish photo taken by TP, there's a method to over this....

anyway, it's true that most of the HTC devices suffer from this issue [ apply only to certain batch of releases ]....but i noticed affected Diamond yellowish screen is worst than TP...

when you perform the Pim backup procedure, it will prompt you where to store the backup data....search from there lo....

btw, i managed to figure out how to improve the [telco] radio reception on TP....but it quite complicated and tedious to do it....

it's a default feature with TP, the moving circular light indicating the battery is still in charging.....there's no option in the program/setting to change it unless you perform a registry hack to disable it.....

yr second query jus keep charging yr touch pro til 90% reboot and see if it goes up to 100% ur fine

mine was like that up to this monday now whenever I charge it does reach 100% properly light stop glowing and charging
