Got my iPhone from Hello Stores @ Causeway Point last Friday, they activate for me right on the spot. Playing with my iphone now.

The fun and excitement, for my case, in getting the Aifontriji, lies not in the reward at the end(physically holding the unit in hand), but the journey towards getting it. Sure, it feels like you're about to pass out from the uncertainties and constant worrying and stress, but it makes me feel alive. Sedentary life is not for me.

I'm sure Nokia understand what I'm implying. Plus, you get a nice experience and memory to remember for the rest of your life. Something you can easy tick off as the "Things I Have Done in Life" checklist kinda thing.

Added on September 8, 2008, 5:35 pmthanks again. but i didn't get to purchase any additional units even though i had the most genuine intention to help. as quoted in my 3 part story, people can be downright weird (or perhaps, i have not done anything remotely similar prior to this to harness enough trust). furthermore, my closest contacts with the members here are rather limited and to be fair, i can only trust a few without any sort of reservation.

but nevertheless, something HAS to change around here! people need to learn to distinguish and understand why fully unlocked iphones are so expensive compared to the dodgy ones. when i told them the price range for a 16GB will probably cost 1200-1368 sing dollars, they made such a big ruckus and making it seem like i was attempting to do a daylight robbery. i gave up shortly later and consoled myself silly that it is their own loss and not mine.

however, things are way sweeter if you have to go to the extra mile for it. i know i did as i planned this entire process from scratch.

SG1368 is still god damed cheap compare to what are selling in garage sales

SG1368 is around RM3300 only ma...garage sales are selling at RM3450 cheapest le from what i saw

I got mine(8GB version) for SGD1k.
16GB version price is around SGD1250.

pls enlighten me, how u get at that price through hello store?

It's easy if you have friends or relative staying in Singapore which can sign and use the telco plan later on.
If not, just search over some SG forums, a lot seller there who already reserved a unit, make an appointment and go to Hello Store with the seller, he would sign the plan and you take the phone.

Bro, Rm150 to save the trouble to come down to SG ler should be reasonable what?
unless to comedown for other purpose also, if not the Toll and petrol cost already RM300 before adding the parking and hotel.

I think now the price has gone down a bit as many sellers are bringing in from Singapore. Volume up, prices lower. I saw few posts selling around RM3K - 3.3K. Pretty reasonable i think. Plus any problem, just go to Singapore for warranty. Most sellers are providing the original Singtel receipts.

I wonder how the Apple care works since certain iPhones warranty are handled by the Carriers.
