I am foreigner planning to stay in Malaysia for a longer time, maybe forever....  heh, so I have been doing junior coaching for 15 years in Finland and thought that it would be nice to continue that work in here also. Malaysian junior coaching system is very much unknown to me, so I tried to find some information where to find a place to train kids. I contacted both FAM and Sabah FA, but neither of them ever answered me e-mail or phone calls.

Just trying to figure out the situation. Usually clubs in Finland are  very eager to get volunteers to do the job. But in here things seem to be different. Is it because I am foreigner, or is the situation this bad, that there is no junior football coaching in Malaysia.

I hope someone can help me and tell more about this topic.

I have seen some football games in here, and must say that the only way to get better results is to put some more effort on juniors.

Anyway the question was, how is junior training organised in Malaysia, and how I can get involved with it.
