So, you're a tennis player and a really professional one too. Nowadays, it's hard to find people who like to play tennis in Malaysia. They all prefer badminton. Anyway, best of luck in your coming matches. GO!!GO!GO! NO.1!!

I sincerely admire your dedication, all the best with your goals.

However, looking at your schedule, one thing is for certain, sooner or later you are going to overtrain, feel like crap and then think of quitting. You don't seem to have any rest planned out at all.

So here's my suggestion, plan out at least 1 day where you don't do anything strains you. Your body is not a machine, it needs to recover, otherwise all the effort you put in will be wasted.

I used to join classes, was indulged in combat last time. But i have never joined more than 2 classes in a day.. After i read your workout schedule, especially those back to back fitness classes, all are cardio exercise, i think you really have high stamina. *Salute notworthy.gif

Tennis expensive sport ma. hahaa. I was quite good in badminton last time. thumbup.gif Trained under a China coach. then i decided to switch to tennis. laugh.gif Because Malaysia very few people play so when i join competition very easy to win laa. tongue.gif not like badminton. train so hard also no use. never win.thanks btw wink.gif

Hmm.Tuesday and Friday is my rest day. Only do running. Consider rest already la. laugh.gif If i stop running my stamina sure drop lerr. If i never workout i at home do nothing sure go find FOOD to eat one ler sad.gif sad.gif . moreover those runners if never train sure grow fat. haha. in my opinion la. Because last time i stop running for 3 days can see FATS growing already. doh.gif blink.gif

2 classes per day not enough for me lerr. Still got a lot energy left. I love cardio. smile.gif But i wanna have a bit muscles too. Not those shemale wan la.
I love Combat too. biggrin.gif Kick here and there until no more energy d. hahaa. I love the songs especially thumbup.gif

Cold storage, and Jusco. All cold storage and jusco in Selangor got sell la. Its way better than Gatorade actually. but a bit pricey for a 300ml bottle.
