So, you're a tennis player and a really professional one too. Nowadays, it's hard to find people who like to play tennis in Malaysia. They all prefer badminton. Anyway, best of luck in your coming matches. GO!!GO!GO! NO.1!!

I sincerely admire your dedication, all the best with your goals.
However, looking at your schedule, one thing is for certain, sooner or later you are going to overtrain, feel like crap and then think of quitting. You don't seem to have any rest planned out at all. So here's my suggestion, plan out at least 1 day where you don't do anything strains you. Your body is not a machine, it needs to recover, otherwise all the effort you put in will be wasted. |

I was quite good in badminton last time. QUOTE I sincerely admire your dedication, all the best with your goals. Hmm.Tuesday and Friday is my rest day. Only do running. Consider rest already la. QUOTE I used to join classes, was indulged in combat last time. But i have never joined more than 2 classes in a day.. After i read your workout schedule, especially those back to back fitness classes, all are cardio exercise, i think you really have high stamina. *Salute 2 classes per day not enough for me lerr. Still got a lot energy left. I love cardio. I love Combat too. |

Cold storage, and Jusco. All cold storage and jusco in Selangor got sell la. Its way better than Gatorade actually. but a bit pricey for a 300ml bottle.
