Guys who can't get the validity, proceed to nearest celcom branch near your area. Bring along ur IC to let them verify your age. I hv been informed by the customer service centre jz now.

What is DC's sms and calling rate? ANd also, the rates are same anywhere?
Added on September 19, 2008, 11:46 am  1 thing I like the UOX is that the rates of 15sen/min applies to anywhere. For D'Campus it's only in the zone you can get the special rates.
