Anyway, I have been doing non profit bulk for some time. Mostly at the Nintendo forum since some items dont shipped to Malaysia from Amazon. Haven't done any BD bulk before since lots of ppl already doing it.

If there are demand, I can do an Iron Man bulk (10 copies). Shipping split equally. It will be roughly around 115 per bd. For good faith I usually post a screen shot of my CC to show the exact conversion rate.

Terms: Since the Rat isuue. COD AT KLCC, CITIBANK OR BANDAR TUN HUSSEIN ONN. Only pay once I have the BD. Yup thats rite. No depo as long as your name on the list. Do not FFK.

BTW, my way takes 2-3 weeks so for those tak tahan use DHL.

If tak sempat do Iron Man (need 10 names by this Sunday. Including myself) I can do other titles.

Yup, this is the cheapest method availabe to me with tracking provided all the way to my house. We share the shipping cost equally.

Hehe, like I said, if cannot tahan for 2-3 weeks the use DHL. The movie is still the same btw and U have extra money for 2 days lunch.

FYI.
To whose who asked if can order a different title, in the event Amazon split the shipments (eg. 1 shipment contains 10 Iron Man & another contains 4 Kill Bill), VPost will charge the shipping separately. For iron Man it might cost RM15 since 10 units and for Kill Bill it might cost RM20 since only 4 units.

This is definately will happen if we order BD than has been released together with the one than has not (Pre Order). Amazon will ship Kill Bill first and then ship Iron Man later once it is out.

I have attached an example where I order 2 different movies and Amazon shipped it separately. Hence my shipping cost is doubled

As I posted already in #1388, I scared if Amazon split the shipment, then you have to bear the Kill Bill cost alone. Unless you can find some other ppl to share the cost with you. For reference sake, cost for 2 order is around RM 30, cost for 10 order is around RM15. Anyway since this is the first time I do a BD bulk, why don't we just start with Iron Man first. If everything goes well then I can try to do a Kill Bill and other good movies which is coming out.

The problem is not the Amazon Shipping charge, its the Vpost shipping charge. VPost calculate using individual boxes, so if amazon use 2 boxes instead of 1 then the shipping cost is already doubled

Ok, this is the flow for using VPost. We use VPost to avoind the RM500 limitation and taxes.

Scenario 1.
1. Order 20 BD from Amazon using free shipping and Ship to Vpost USA.
2. Amazon ship all in 1 package to VPost USA (Amazon shipping cost = 0)
3. Vpost received and charge me the shipping cost to Malaysia (Let say RM 180, so each BD is Rm9)

Scenario 2.
1. Order 20 BD from Amazon using free shipping and Ship to Vpost USA.
2. Amazon split shipment in 2 packages to VPost USA. 17 and 3 BDs in each package respectively (Amazon shipping cost = 0)
3. Vpost received and charge me the shipping cost to Malaysia (Let say RM 180 for the 17 BDs since the box will be the same with the 20BDs in scenario 1, so each BD is Rm10.60 & For the second box that contains 3 BDs the shipping is lower which is RM80, so each BD is 26.70)

Scenario 1 - Total Cost is 180
Scenario 2 - Total Cost is 270

No way to avoid separate shipment, the best that I can hope for is Amazon split the shipment almost equal 11 BDs and 9BDs so that the bos will be smaller than 20 BDs and reducing the total cost.

However I assume that if we order same title multiple unit it will be shipped together. Can anyone confirm they have experience order multiple copies of same title and it is shipped separately?

This orang besi very cheap lah. USD 3 each. Total including shipping less than RM 500.

For this time I'm gonna try order from Tower since it is around USD2 cheaper. This will be my first time ordering from Tower. Lets hope everything goes well.

Summary of Vpost

For HSBC card holder there is another options to evade tax.

By using the Vpost service. www.vpostasia.com/malaysia

1. Buy from Amazon and use free shipping to VPost in USA
2. Photochopped the Amazon invoice with reduced value and mail it to VPost
3. Upon arrival at VPost, pay the shipping cost.
4. Vpost will send to our address in Malaysia using the reduced value.

I have use this a couple of times with 10-20 BDs and the shipping varies from RM10-15 per BDs. This is cheap since you can track the delivery all the way from Amazon to your house. However its not cheap if u use it to buy 1-2 only. 10-20 BDs to achieve the best rate.

Time it takes is 2-3 weeks. But its worth it for the hassle free and tax free.
