Some of the 4870gs has the problem for the bios switching part..

So you encounter any black screen while u switch to Turbo?

well if urs really have those bad chips like some of the 4850 GS u can exchange it to a new card from NetRaid.

NetRaid is the Gainward distributor in Malaysia but u have to confirm 1st that ur card really have that problem and about the exchange process u have to ask NetRaid.
