thinking of a peavey valveking, order from thomann.de anyone got any experience with the amp or ordering from them? their one of the few music stores online that ship internationally...

The Valveking is not really HIGH HIGH gain tube amp. You would need a decent OD pedal and a speaker swap for it to reach its full high gain potential. If you're ordering from Thomann, why don't you get the Randall RG50TC. But also be careful when ordering amps oversead, because the voltage there is different than here. You could blow up your amp (exaggerating) if you get it and just straight away plug it in here.

its not?? sounded pretty darn brutal on youtube. lol. thanks for the heads up! and, germany is 220VAC, guess ill have to get a travel adaptor for that. my only fear is that itll get thrown around and damaged on the way here..

err... how about Rivera? mahogany malaysia brings them in though. i like their demo's on youtube, sounds good enough for me. thumbup.gif
