for gutloading mealworms : do this

when u bring back ur mealworm [mine rm5 mealworms in a tupperware container], do this ya..

A ) u put rolled oats/wheat bran/rice bran for them to eat.. wait for 2 - 3 days, they will be finished eating d.. then sieve them, to throw away the poo..

B ) on the 4th day, put in fruits [apple] and vege [carrot/choy sum].. all the fruits n veges must be wipe dry ya, if not the moisture will kill the mealworms, they dont drink ya, they get moisture from fruits/veges.. then after 24hours u put the fruits/veges, sieve again..

u can now feed ur mealworms to suggie or whatever pets dat can take mealies ya..

repeat A ) and B) till the rest of the mealies are eaten up, or add in new mealworms to the container ya..

btw, u can put the mealworms in the fridge to suspend/slow down their growth rate, so they wont turn into pupae or die.. keep them in fridge not freezer ya.. or if too gross, put in the coolest place in ur house..

I don't know what's the cause of it, but is the poop totally watery or still has shape in it? Try to cut down on watery fruits.

try to get some dry mealies to feed nobi

wanna ask...is it we just put some food inside our glider's bowl inside their cage n just let them to eat themselves til finish oni replace more??how to control to prevent them to eat too much or bloated??

Sometimes depending on individual gliders, the fur does fade a bit or turn to darker/lighter shade. This really depends on your glider, like Billie is a dirty grey even though she was light grey with a dirty yellowish head when she was much younger.

Check the skin and fur. If the skin is fine, not flaky, no scabs etc and the fur is soft as usual, not wet/hard, then should be alright.
