QUOTE(zltan @ Dec 5 2008, 10:15 PM)
It is best to ask DIAC.
I'm not sure, but from my previous experiences, they are very strict with those under the age of 18. Or else, you just have to wait for your dad to arrive home or send him an e-copy and make him sign.

yeah I have called DIAC and they say both parents must sign and provide passport details.

That fast? I thought that they have to post your report to Canbera?
You mean you renewed in Aus? What about the student visa? Transferred automatically?
*
my medical report from a referral clinic post to Perth 1 wor. not canberra

New question

sorry this is a really noob question but as u can see I am very very new to issues like student visas and so on.
like I applied my student visa through the electronic application ( e-visa ). When I get approved by the DIAC for my visa. They don't send me anything right? no paperwork no nothing right? to prove that I have an australia student visa.
It's just that when I go to the airport and they check my passport number they know that I have got a visa right?

SORRY AGAIN.. heheh

PASSPORT

Your visa is linked to the passport number that you provided in your application. If you obtain a new passport after receiving this letter, you will need to provide a certified copy of your passport to the Department to enable us to update your visa details. Please scan the certified copy and email it to the Helpdesk at eVisa.Students.Helpdesk@immi.gov.au to advise the Department of your new passport details.

Please note: If you do not provide us with the details of any new passport issued to you, you may experience significant delays at the airport and may be denied permission to board your plane.

hihi hope this helps
