Everybody speaks a bit of their own slang. So there is no problem to it.

Do you guys know that "lah" is recognized in dictionaries as one of a slang? In fact it has been in the dictionary for quite some time already.

Here, the only thing good about here is there's no such thing as Bumiputera.

Yeah, I can list to you (Meruchan) many many things that I dislike about this country and you'll be surprised how many things I actually hate.

And mind you I've only been here for 3.5 months. After 3.5 years I might just wish I never studied here

I'm not saying this to scare you but if you're coming here because you dislike Malaysia (and you're causing your parents a big burden), then don't bother.

Having said that, I also dislike Malaysia and I think I gave my parents quite a big burden but I came here because I have a goal, to study in the best engineering school in Australia (which is UNSW). And I have done that.

Well you can't just enter and leave as you please unless you're an extremely rich person.

For making the wrong decisions we have to endure the rest of our uni life here (probably).

But in the end, it still depends on whether you regret making this decision or not. And I'm certainly have not regretted a day since I reached Australia despite all the imperfect things.
