Yes there is a camera on the phone; but there's just one, not two hence traditional video conferencing is not possible on the iPhone or the iPhone 3G.

Er.. mine takes a while when I open applications; like Phone, SMS, etc. I wonder if it'll improve if I switch the phone off and switch it back on again; seperti macam Windows !! *grins*
