I think sometimes we are too obsessed about page rank untill the extent we forget the main objective of having blog - good content. Most of the ways of improving page rank does not directly contribute in having content. Finally, although we rank 1st in the search engine result, the visitor will only come and go when there is nothing in our blog. For me, we should balance up between good content and good page rank.
