You dont buy the site you just buy the domain.

The domains are pre-owned but the owner for whatever reason stops the website and doesnt re-new the domain. I then buy the domain at the normal cost of buying a domain say 5 bucks, host it on a unique ip address and add a website to it, within a couple of days the domain gets its original page rank back and I now have a pr3-pr6 website of my own. I then use article builder to post content to the website automatically once per day and each post will have a backlink to one of my money sites. So each site would give 365 backlinks per year.

Its still expensive doing it this way and isnt for people who only have one site to promote but it works amazingly well. Its also probably the blackest of the black hat seo except for maybe people who SEO by hacking other peoples websites lol.

Yes I am full-time online.

Mind sharing with us how you manage to search for the expired domains? I only once a while stumble upon expired domains, most on sedo parking or such. But the cost to buy is not USD5 but like RM1000 over. Please advice us noob here, if you don't mind.

I gave up on seeking for the answer.
My site used to rank quite well, until this September where I losses close to 98% of the traffic.
Only few days back I notice the traffic recovering again, even though not as good as before.
During these period, I didn't made any changes to the website at all.

I have read in one of the top seo analyst blogs who attended the google conference for the new algo, the serp now is set to be variable. Your site will not always be in the 1st SERP but will move wihtin days or weeks up and down based on your sites points.

So for me, content is king. Static pages would have a hard time maintaining the same PR status or whatever.

That is what I am saying. You must do constant changes.... not only to content but to design sometimes.

Yup, read on it. After the latest algo change. If linking to a low PR site, the site linking to it can affect also.

IMHO the variable SERP is better because it is more fair. You cannot be the one at the top all of the time, give others a chance also... a lot of people will be angry with me with this remark I guess, but it is just an opinion.
