I don't get it. How do we identify whether a link is sponsored link or not?

Let say we pay a directory to get listed, is it consider sponsor link? Means if our is listed in those directory, we get penalized?

Site still got many pages get indexed. Just that SeoQuake return 0.
My guess will be an outdated SeoQuake, waiting for new update maybe? |
