I bought this 360 console from a forumer.. and its moded.. then i tried the 1 month XBOX LIVE Gold membership that he never used although i did know the risk.. but luckily i managed to get through.. but the duration finished.. its like im really stuck with LIVE now.. so can anybody help me to put the risk to 0% of getting banned from xbox live?

hurm.. reading all your replies had made me come to a conclusion.. im thinking im going to have fun with it until 3rod hit it.. mine is a falcon set.. and when 3rod hit ill get my hand on the new jasper.. UNMODE one of course.. but then again.. this falcon will go online weather 3rod or banhammer hit first.. hahaha.. I LIVE MY LIFE TO THE MAX.. huhu..
