I heard around many people prefer Arctic Cooling PWM fans due to its price and performance.

Now I am thinking to put more fans on my CM 690 advance (top part) with some good performance fans with blue LED to partially light up the super dark chassis.

Is it a waste to put PWM fans for chassis exhaust?
Anyone knows who is selling PWM (tiny 4pins) splitter?

Any recommendations and reviews for fans with LED?
1.) Aerocool Shark fans
2.) Bitfenix Spectre fans
3.) Enermax fans

that type of bearing quality is not good enough? or related to position of the fans are placed which shortens their life? enlighten me pls
