personally i think its a nice house, but too expensive. a typical double storey in taman desa is going for around 450~500K, depending on whether on its condition, reno , etc.. if you get the unit at around that price, basically you are paying around 200K more, for me if i am paying that amount, i might as well buy a normal unit and renovate it according to my taste. however if you like the design done by the owner, by all means go ahead, it will save you tonnes of headache in the renovation process.

I think any DSL in TTDI will beat Taman Desa for capital appreciation. At that budget, u can even get the nicely renovated ones.

My first time...hehe Taman Desa location is not bad, but you must check the specific location of the house itself. According to the ad, land size is 2090 ft2, which means about 22x95 - that's quite large for a DSL. Obviously the owner is asking a premium for the renovations but you must see it to know how extensive is the reno. But from the photos looks quite nice. If your budget is 600k+ then can consider TTDI (as mentioned already) or even BU. But the lot size will not be as big as 22x95. This will also affect the house built up area.

Close to shopping (1U, The Curve, Tesco, Ikea). Got nice park in TTDI plus the hill for morning walks. Taman Desa not bad also. Closer to KL city and less toll.

Great price as what I can say. With the renovation + luxury interior, 600k++ is a good price. If the look a like house in my area would cost you about 1m already.
